The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.

The third-grade class from East Sac County School presented a proclamation to the Board for consideration to proclaim the month of April as Child Abuse Prevention month.  It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to direct the Chairman to sign the declaration proclaiming the Month of April as Child Abuse Prevention month. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to accept the low bid of $1475 submitted by Peters Tree Service to remove a tree in the courthouse lawn which was damaged by the blizzard on March 19, 2025. Ayes all, motion carried. One other bid was received from Mork Tree Service for $1900.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
