The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted. 

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.
Ayes all, motion carried. 

Steve Dahm provided an update on the aviation lights on the wind turbines during the citizen input session.
The Chairman of the Board administered the Oath of Office to Colton Selk as deputy sheriff.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution 25-0826, setting November 4, 2025, as the date for an election on the proposition of entering into a loan agreement and issuing general obligation bonds for the purpose of financing constructing, furnishing and equipping a new county jail and updated law enforcement facilities. Ayes Drake, Fischer, Wissler; nays none, motion carried.

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution 25-0828, accepting the low bid of $2,297,799.38 submitted by A.M. Cohron & Son, Inc for Project BROS- Co81(78) - - RF-81 - (1921), and to authorize the County Engineer to sign all necessary documents relative to the project. Ayes Drake, Fischer, Wissler; nays none, motion carried.

Nate Summers with UMB reviewed a debt service levy impact summary for the funding for a new jail. No action was taken.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
