Sac County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room
10:00 AM
 
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present.  Ranell Drake, Chairman, presided. 
 
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the minutes of the last meeting.  Ayes all.  Motion carried.
 
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the agenda as presented.  Ayes all. Motion carried.
 
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects, including proposed DOT detour for Highway 71 scrub seal project.  He also updated the Board on discussions with landowners and potential options regarding the Timber Bridge repair/replacement. 
 
Jalonna Ehler, Sac County Human Resources, updated the Board as to the status of the Safe-T fund.  Representatives from IGHCP will be attending a future meeting to discuss further.
 
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve claims in the amount of $205,084.98, as presented.  Ayes all. Motion carried.
 
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the updated Seat Belt Policy for Sac County employees.  Ayes all. Motion carried. 
 
Taylor Egesdal, Sac County Planning & Zoning, informed the Board that she is working with parties on a draft of an amended solar ordinance. 
 
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
