The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.
Ayes all, motion carried.

Ruby Cooley, representing the 60+ Nutrition Agency, addressed the Board with a request for funding from the Special Projects fund to supplement the cost of food for the meals for seniors in Sac County.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to allocate $5,000 to the Agency.
Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the suspension of property taxes on Parcel 810723101123 in the amount of $538. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to call for a public hearing on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:30 AM to consider an ordinance for regulation of tanning facilities and devices used for the purpose of tanning human skin. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution 25-0701 authorizing appropriations to County Officers and departments for fiscal year 2025/26 as approved at the budget hearing on April 22, 2025. Ayes Wissler, Fischer, Drake; nays none, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to publish Notice of Intent to fill the vacancy of Sac County Sheriff. Ayes all, motion carried. The Board will consider options on July 22, 2025.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to recognize Chief Deputy Katy Stange as acting Sheriff until such time as the position is filled. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve an application for a building permit in Lake View's urban transition zone submitted by Eric Wollesen. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the Claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

The was no report on activities from the County Engineer.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
