The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.
Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve Resolution 25-0729A, designating voting representatives from Sac County to the Iowa State Association of Counties. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to waive any objections to and approve the application for additional confinement animal capacity at Prairie Farm #27 site. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve Resolution 25-07290, waiving the second and third readings of the proposed Tanning Facilities Ordinance and adopting said ordinance. Ayes Drake, Wissler and Fischer; nays none, motion carried.
There was no report from the Sac County Engineer.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
The Supervisors signed Resolution 25-0729B, appointing Jonathan Meyer as Sac County Sheriff.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to appropriate $500 in startup funds to the Sac County Health Care Coalition from the special projects fund. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution 25-0729C, recognizing the efforts of the Iowa Criminal Appeals Section of the Iowa Attorney General's Office. Ayes Drake, Wissler and Fischer; nays none, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to adopt Resolution 25-0729E, approving Sac County Solar Project Agreement with Mid-American Energy Company. Ayes Drake, Fischer and Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
