The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to consider a contract renewal with the County Engineer. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the following ambulance fee increases effective July1, 2025; ground mileage - from $17 to $25, ALS non-Emergency - from $1000 to $1250, ALS Emergency – from $1000 to $1250, BLS non-Emergency – from $1000 to $1250, BLS Emergency - from $1000 to $1250, ALS 2 – from $1250 to $2000, SCT – N/A, Treat to Transport – from $100 to $150. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the contract renewal for the Drainage Engineer and assistant for Sac, Buena Vista and Calhoun Counties. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the contract renewal for Nick Buse as County Engineer for Calhoun and Sac Counties. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to direct the Chairman to sign a letter of support for application for a USDA grant for Sac Economic and Tourism Development. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approved claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve proposed tile repair in drainage District 53, located in Section 21, Delaware Township in the amount of $750.00. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting adjourned.
