Sac County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room
10:00 AM
The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present. Mike Fischer, Chairman, presided. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all. Motion carried.
Nate Summers, UMB Bank, was present to discuss preliminary options for financing the proposed jail project, including debt service levy impacts of different financing scenarios. There was no action taken.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to appropriate the funds for the FY25 county budget as approved at the budget hearing on April 23, 2024. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the annual liquor license for Rustic River Winery & Vineyard, LLC. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the budgeted fund transfer from EMA to E911 in the amount of $4,000. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve claims in the amount of $832,884.23. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve drainage claims as presented. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
