The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted. 

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried. Justin Barlow, Sac County Assessor, presented a minimum assessment agreement for the Board to Consider as prescribed by Section 57 of House File 718. There is one property in Sac County that meets the requirements for the minimum assessment agreement. No action was taken. 

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to approve a proposed tile repair in Drainage District 82, located in Section 16, Sac Township in the amount of $5,000. Ayes all, motion carried. 

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects. 

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve an application for a tile crossing between Sections 4 and 5, Cook Township. Ayes all, motion carried. 

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Fischer to accept a bid from J.W. Construction and Wirtjers Trucking for snow removal from the parking lots of the Courthouse, two courthouse annexes and the ambulance garage. Ayes all, motion carried. 

It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried. 

The Board acknowledged the Resolution 25-1021, adopting the Sac County Utility-scale solar energy systems ordinance which was unanimously approved on October 14, 2025. 

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
