The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Dake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all,
motion carried.

Scott Bundt, Renae Jacobsen and Dewey Reece, Trustees for the John Chris Trust, met with
the Board to submit a proposal for a clock in Monument Square. The trustees presented a picture
of an analog clock on a pedestal for their consideration and informed the Board that the funds for
this project would come from the John Chris Trust.

After further discussion, it was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the
installation of the clock in monument square. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as listed on the
claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Auditor presented a seatbelt/restraint policy which was recommended by the Iowa
Municipalities Worker Compensation Association to be included in the County's personnel policy.
The board will consider the policy at the next board meeting.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
