The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all,
motion carried.

The Board took up the canvass of the Schaller Crestland special election held on Tuesday,
September 10, 2024, and offer the following results; Public Measure A; to adopt a revenue purpose
statement to allow the use of money from the penny sales and service tax for schools received by
the Schaller-Crestland Community School district for the purposes described in school
infrastructure as described in the Code of Iowa, there were 93 votes for the question and 74 votes
against the question. The Board declared the public measure passed.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to offer a letter of support to the McCraryRost
Clinic of Lake View's grant application for expansion and updates to the facility. Ayes all,
motion carried.

Kyle Norris, Sac County IT director addressed the Board concerning updates to the County's
web site. The Boad directed Mr. Norris to investigate upgrading the website and securing quotes for
the project.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as listed on the
claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the drainage claims as
submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.

There was no report from the County Engineer.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
