The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to consider a letter of
support for Sac County Conservation. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes
all, motion carried.
Jamie Lawrence, Sac City City Administrator, addressed the Board concerning a nuisance
property in Sac City. The Board and the County Attorney will develop a plan to transfer ownership of
the property to the City.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to act as fiscal agent for the County
Conservation Board so that the conservation board can apply for a county endowment grant to help
with the cost of repairing the Sauk Rail Trail. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to accept an application for consideration
of American Rescue Plan funding for the concrete replacement on the Sauk Rail Trail in the amount
of $73,438. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the
status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the claims as listed on the
claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
