This 80 acres is managed as a wildlife area. 80 acres along the North Raccoon River situated North of Vogel Access.
The land is a mixture of floodplain, forest and grassland. Outdoorsman will find opportunity for hunting whitetail deer, pheasants and fishing in the river.
