The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to consider an
application for liquor license renewal. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes
all, motion carried.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the
status of current maintenance and construction projects.

The Board discussed some adjustments to the County's employee group health care
coverage renewal for 24/25.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to call for a Public Hearing on Tuesday,
April 23, 2024, at 10:30 AM, to consider a budget proposal for fiscal year 2024/25. Ayes all, motion
carried.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to appoint Rich Malcom as Cook Township
Clerk to fill vacancy created by the resignation of Lester Siebrecht and to appoint Keith Mentzer as
Cook Township Trustee to fill the open trustee position. ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the Sheriff's quarterly report for
the quarter ending March 31, 2024. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the application for renewal of
liquor license submitted by Trailside Roadhouse in Carnarvon. Ayes all, motion carried
.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the claims as listed in the
claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
