The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted. The
Board met in the break room due to some remodeling in the Board room.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all,
motion carried.

During citizen input, Steve Dahm inquired about any progress on aviation lights for the wind
turbines in western Sac County.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a 28E agreement between Sac
County and Iowa Governmental Health Care Plan for Sac County employee group health care
coverage and named Jalonna Ehler, Sac County Human Resources Director as representative in the
28E. ayes all, motion carried.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the
status of current maintenance and construction projects.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the claims as listed on the
claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to call for a public hearing on a proposed
amendment to the 2023/24 County budget for Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 10:30 AM. Ayes all, motion
carried.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
