                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sherri Vaughn with Iowa Works presented a resolution for the Board’s consideration regarding the Home Base Iowa Initiative, matching military veterans with jobs available in Sac County.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to adopt Resolution # 18-0417 supporting the Home Base Iowa Initiative.  Ayes: Hecht, Stock and Drake; nays none, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve the claims on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve a claim in the amount of $1,568.50 payable to Marty Mauer Tiling, Inc for repairs to Jt.  DD 16-30-92.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve the drainage claims as submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve a waiver of Separation Distance for Confinement Feeding Operations structure pursuant to Iowa Administrative Rule 567-65.12 allowing for the construction of an additional building to an existing site within the established setback.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
