                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to discuss private burials in Sac County.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                After some discussion about a possible resolution regulating private burials in Sac County, the Board agreed to seek an opinion from the County Attorney before making any decisions.
                The Supervisors and representatives from SETD met with Bob Jostens, attorney with Dorsey & Whitney in Des Moines, regarding Tax Increment financing.  Mr. Jostens led the group through a question and answer session regarding TIF’s and how the local economy can benefit.  No action was taken.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the County Engineer’s DOT five year construction plan and budget.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
