                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Steve Dahm from Early updated the Board on his conversations with the County Attorney regarding the lighting on the wind turbines.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the assignment of tax sale certificates 15-0159, Lot 26, K&W Mobile Home Estates and 15-0169, Lot 5 and the West 3’ of Lot 6, K&W Mobile Home Estates to Milton Ringgenberg and abate the taxes on said properties.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve renewal of the County’s employee group health insurance coverage through the Alera Group.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to adopt Resolution supporting the current version of the Local Option Sales Tax.  Ayes Drake, Fischer and Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve and sign the rental agreement with Verizon Wireless for tower rent.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve renewal of the Sac County Substance Abuse contract with New Opportunities and to name Renee Roland as board signatory for the contract.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the drainage claims as submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office. Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer submitted an update of the activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
