                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Brent Wilhelm, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to consider an assignment on a delinquent parcel.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Steve Dahm was present to update the Board on his conversations with the County Attorney’s office regarding the aviation lights on the wind turbines.
                Tina Roth, Sac County Treasurer, advised the Board that someone had inquired about a piece of property which appeared on the delinquent tax sale list and was not purchased.  The Board directed the Treasurer to proceed with the assignment.
                There was some discussion on the committee formed to consider distribution of funds from the American Rescue Plan.  Supervisor Wilhelm volunteered to sit on that committee.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a commitment of $25,000 per year for two years beginning with the 22/23 budget for the Revolving Loan fund through Region Xll Council of Governments and a commitment of $10,00 in the 22/23 budget for the Housing Trust Fund also through the Region XII Council of Governments.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve an application for a tile crossing between Sections 12 and 13 in Cook Township.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
