                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                There was no citizen input.
                Mary Schroeder, Pam Hansen and Renee Babcock, representing the Odebolt Museum, were present to make a request for funding from the special projects fund for repairs to the roof on the museum.  The estimate for the repairs was $35,000.  The Board explained that it was their policy to allocate $5,000 of special funds for such projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to allocate $5,000 from the special projects fund to be used for repairs to the roof of the Odebolt museum.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to designate The Sac Sun and The Chronicle as official county newspapers for 2019.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve the transfers of $360,850.75 from Rural Basic Fund to Secondary Road Fund and $32,570.75 from General Basic Fund to Secondary Road Fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sherrie Wilson, Sac County Zoning and Sanitarian, advised the Board of Supervisors of a 30 day extension on a Master Matrix for Dan Drey’s confinement building application.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve a County Bridge Federal Aid – SWAP Agreement with the Iowa DOT for Project BRS-SWAP-CO81(72)—FF-81 (VI-1602) located on County Road M-68 South of Lake View.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
