                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to approve the transfers of $347,793.50 from Rural Basic fund to Secondary Roads fund and $31,131.25 from General Basic fund to Secondary Road fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve the drainage claims as submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Representatives from the City of Lake View and members of the Black Hawk Lake Preservation Association presented a review of revenue and expenditures concerning the aquatic vegetation harvester and the application of aquatic herbicides in 2017 and a request for funding for 2018.  Ben Wallace with the Department of Natural Resources gave a brief condition of the lake.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to fund the aquatic harvester project and the aquatic herbicide project a total of up to $15,000 if needed for the summer of 2018.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current construction and maintenance projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
