                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to include a discussion regarding the information technology position.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve appointment of Elizabeth Partridge-Blessington to the Sac County Conservation Board for another five-year term.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The Board, Auditor and Deputy Auditor reviewed a report submitted by the Iowa Counties’ Information Technologies Group regarding the possibility of creating an IT position for Sac County.  The report showed the need for the position because of the number of computers and software programs in the system and the amount of money spent outside the County for maintenance agreements.
                After some discussion, it was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to proceed with advertising for an It position.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Drake to approve the drainage claims submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution #20-1222 establishing a portion of 370th Street from a point .42 miles east of Karr Ave to Lee Ave as a Level C road and to supply and install appropriate gates and locks.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
