                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wisler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to appoint Jamie Rohlf from Wall Lake to serve on the Region XII Council of Governments Policy council.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wisler to call for a public hearing on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, to consider an amendment to the current county budget.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve a lease agreement with Corn Belt Telephone Company for antenna space on Corn Belt’s radio towers in Sac City and Lake View.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve a contract with Kramer and Associates for Project LFM – BV -3350—7X-81 in the amount of $187,685.80.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The Board thanked Supervisor Wilhelm for his service as a Sac County Supervisor as his term ends December 31, 2022.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
