                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved with one minor correction.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to consider transfers to Secondary Roads.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Chairman Wissler administered the Oath of Office to Ranell Drake, Supervisor, Ken McClure, Sheriff and Jim Dowling County Auditor, all of whom were re-elected in the November 3rd General Election.
                The Board continued discussion with the County Auditor and the Deputy Auditor regarding an informational Technology position as a full or part-time position.  After some discussion it was decided by the Board of Supervisors to seek a qualified individual for a full-time IT position.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the Sac County Condemnation Compensation Board for 2021 and continue to look for another realtor to complete the list.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the transfers of $376,838.50 from Rural Basic fund to Secondary Roads fund and $34,064.00 from General Basic fund to Secondary Road fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                There was no report from the County Engineer.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
