                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to include conversation with the Sheriff and discussion about the 2019/20 budget.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the drainage claims as submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sherry Wilson, Sac County Zoning Officer, advised the Board of an application submitted by Van Wall Implement to build a solar collector system at their business location east of Sac City which lies in the Urban Transition Zone.  It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the application.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Jim Frederick, Sac County Soil and Water Conservation Commissioner, updated the Board on the Raccoon River Watershed Management Authority.  The Board appointed Frederick to represent Sac County at all Raccoon River Watershed Management meetings.
                There was no report from the County Engineer.
                The Board, the Sheriff and the County Auditor discussed the budget for 2019/20 regarding an additional deputy, wage adjustments and benefits.  No action was taken.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.   Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
