                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Brent Wilhelm, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to consider a Memorandum of Understanding for enhanced security services with the State of Iowa.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve renewal of liquor license application submitted by Trailside Roadhouse in Carnarvon, Iowa.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to adopt Resolution #21-0223 approving a reimbursement policy for training expenses for the Sac County Sheriff’s office and sheriff’s deputies and to establish a residency requirement to live within 3 miles from the Sac County line when living outside of Sac County.  Ayes Drake, Wissler and Wilhelm; nays none, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a Memorandum of Understanding between Sac County and the State of Iowa’s Chief Information Officer for cyber security services as required by the Secretary of State’s election rules.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Tom Scheutz with The Alera Group informed the Board of some changes to the County’s group health insurance administration.  No action was taken.
                There was no report from the County Engineer for this meeting.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
