The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all,
motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve an application for $296.00 in ARPA
funds to complete the installation of keyless door locks in the Courthouse. The original application was
for $13,205 and the final cost was $13,501. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to appoint Danny King as Jackson Township
Trustee to fill the vacancy created by the passing of Kim Laursen. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to accept the letter of resignation submitted by
Pat Laursen as a member of the Sac County Board of Health. Ayes all, motion carried. The Board wished
to express their appreciation for Ms. Laursen's service and dedication to the agency.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as listed on the claims
register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.
The Board and the Auditor discussed remodeling the Board room to accommodate some
upgrades in wiring and technology. An ad will be placed in local papers for bids to do the work.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
