                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to rescind Resolution 20-0421 calling for the division of the North Raccoon River Watershed Management Coalition.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Kris Babcock, Sac County Treasurer, requested the Board appoint two deputies in the Treasurer’s office with a substantial increase in pay.  It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve Samantha Reese as Deputy in the tax division and Mel Babe as Deputy in the Motor Vehicle division of the Treasurer’s office with no increase in pay other than a 2.5% increase as approved in the 20/21 budget.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sherrie Wilson, Sac County Zoning Officer, informed the Board that she had 3 vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Board and one vacancy on the Board of adjustment due to change in the 2020 legislative session. 
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the plans for a PCC overlay on County Road D-36 from Highway 71 east to County road N-28.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve plans for the 20/21 PCC patching project.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
