                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to include discussion on the County’s Covid 19 policy.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Jackie Duffy, Sac County Public Health Nurse, presented an updated version of Covid 19 employee guidelines for discussion.  The list was similar to the guidelines considered earlier.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to adopt the Covid 19 employee guidelines for Sac County employees as presented on July 21, 2020.  Ayes all, motion carried.  It was noted that the guidelines are subject to change as new recommendations are presented by the CDC, The Governor, Emergency Management and/or Sac County Pubic Health and will be reviewed periodically.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried. 
                It was moved b y Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the drainage claims as submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the transfer of $47,272.12 from General Basic to Secondary Roads for interest earned in 2019/20 from the Highway 20 Transfer of Jurisdiction agreement with the Iowa DOT.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
