                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Jane Hogue, Kathy Larson and Rebecca Curnyn addressed the Board during the citizen input session with questions about wind turbine collection lines in the county road right of way.  All questions were referred to the County Attorney and County Engineer for answers.
                John Torbert, Executive Director of the Iowa Drainage District Association, addressed the Board regarding Sac County membership in that organization.  No action was taken.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve a 38% levy on DD 21 to provide $1,057.50 to cover $683.70 in outstanding warrants, $11.43 interest, $30.19 to clearing account and create a $500 sinking fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve a 10% levy on DD 63 to provide $706.17 to cover $180.00 in outstanding warrants, .14 interest, $3.09 to clearing account and create a $500 sinking fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve a 12% levy on DD 66 to provide $1,060.00 to cover $182.47 in outstanding warrants, .20 interest, $424.59 to clearing account and create a $500.00 sinking fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Four bids had been received for consideration for mowing the cemetery in Section 21, Viola Township, AKA the Tom Marks Cemetery as follows: Steve’s Acreage - $100 per time, Curtis Bloes - $100 per time, Phil Davis - $50 per time and Doug Bartels - $237 per time.  After some discussion it was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to accept the low bid of $50 per time submitted by Phil Davis and suggest a limit of three mowings per month.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by  Wissler to approve an application submitted by Alliant Energy to bury cable within the boundaries of DD 75, located in the SW – NW Section 25, Richland Township.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
