The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to authorize Sheriff McClure to negotiate an equipment trade with the Buena Vista County Sheriff’s office, pending approval by the Buena Vista County Board of Supervisors.  Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the revised 28E Agreement with Rolling Hills Community Services Region.  Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to authorize the Chairman to sign Resolution #22-0726, Resolution for Participation in SS4A (Safe Streets for All) Grant Application.   Ayes: Drake, Wilhelm, Wissler.  Motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve final pay application in the amount of $7,724.42 to Steve Richards.   Ayes all, motion carried. 
There was a discussion regarding CDL licensing for new hires.  County Engineer, Nick Buse, will explore options as to cost sharing and draft a contract in that regard.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the drainage assessments for 2022 as listed below.  Ayes all, motion carried.
