                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sheriff McClure presented a proposal for upgrading the communications center ‘s equipment to include a two-position counsel at a cost of $266,696,00. Additional funding would be required to mitigate the grounding issues on the tower at the courthouse and the purchase of new radios for the sheriff’s vehicles.
                The sheriff gave a brief update on the activities in the jail.  It was reported that one prisoner had escaped by breaking a door and removing a window over the past weekend.  The prisoner was apprehended after being gone for about 15 minutes.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                The Board reviewed the bids on Project 81-CO81-074, a Reinforced concrete box culvert.  No action was taken pending review by the Iowa D.O. T.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the annual report of the 2020 County Substance Abuse and Treatment Program for 19/20.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Auditor informed the Board that the John Criss Trust had offered to install LED light bars on the face of the courthouse to compliment the lights on the other business buildings in the downtown area.  The Board expressed their appreciation for the Trust’s consideration.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
