The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Brent Wilhelm, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
There was no citizen input for this meeting.
Nathan Summers with D. A. Davidson was present to discuss the bonding process for the general obligation essential services communication equipment bonds and an adjusted time line for that process. He projected a closing date of July 27, 2021 on issuance of the bonds which would be timely for securing a discount on the Motorola equipment for the project.
Blake Mohr with Colburn and Son Insurance advised the Board that the ICAP Insurance Pool would not be issuing the annual credit voucher for 21/22, which normally amounted to approximately $17,000 and the renewal premium was projected at $199,700.  Several options for coverage were discussed including increased deductibles on buildings and on contents as well as adjusting the comprehensive and collision coverage on road vehicles.
Mr. Mohr will develop a spread sheet with options for the Board to consider and present that information at a later date.
There was no Engineer’s report for this meeting.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
