The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Mike
Fischer, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to consider a
proposal from Carroll Controls. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes
all, motion carried.

The Board met with Denise Ballard from the Iowa Governmental Health Care Program to
discuss renewal options for the County's employee group health care. No action was taken
pending further discussion.

The Board received two sealed bids for a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer which they had
advertised for sale; Sherrie Wilson - $620, Chad Peterson - $750. It was moved by Drake and
seconded by Wissler to accept the high bid of $750 submitted by Chad Peterson. Ayes all, motion
carried.

There were no bids received for remodeling the Board room. The County Auditor was
directed to talk to someone to proceed with the project.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a proposal submitted by Carroll
Controls for purchase and installation of a Dai ken Entra 18 seer 1 ton heat pump mini split unit in
the County Attorney's office for a total of $5,450.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve an application for renewal of
liquor license submitted by Sac County Golf and Country Club. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to call for a public hearing on Tuesday, April
2, 2024, at 9:30 AM, to consider a Truth in Taxation Resolution. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as listed on the
claims register in the Auditor's office. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board will continue to organize an EMS advisory board and present it for approval.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
