                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Lance Wilhelm, Stacy Bellcock and Steve Spotts appeared before the board on behalf of the Sac County Bike Trails Committee asking their support to extend bike trails in Sac County.  Specific projects were discussed including a bike trail from Sac City to Lake View, Grant Park to Carnarvon and Wall Lake to the Sauk Trail.  No action was taken.
                Brandy Wilson presented the Annual Report for the Sac County Historic Preservation Commission.  It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the Annual Report.  Ayes all, motion carried.  It was also noted that the local government is recommended to provide the commission a budget with a minimum of $750 to pay for training and other commission expenses.  The Board will look into how to include this amount in future county budgets.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the secondary roads transfer from rural basic in the amount of $446,199.75.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the secondary roads transfer from general basic in the amount of $39,994.75.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve a tax abatement for Landus, Parcel #810610200005.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve a tax abatement for Van Houweling Property LLC, Parcel #810819300008.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve a tax abatement for Kurt and Kallie Herrig, Parcel #811433200006.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to appoint Marge Sands to the Board of Health, replacing Sally Lines.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve payment of county claims in the amount of $202,280.26.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
