                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve application for approval of construction across part of part of Drainage District 73, along Needham Ave. submitted by Aureon Network Services.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Blake Mohr with Colburn and Son Insurance gave an update on coverage for county properties and suggested updates for certain buildings because of replacement costs.  Mr. Mohr was asked to return with an estimated increase in premium for the additional coverage.
                Sheriff Ken McClure updated the Board on candidate testing for deputy sheriff position vacancies.  McClure suggested a change in residency requirements for deputies to help with attracting more applicants.  No action was taken.
                Jamie Lawrence, City Administrator for the City of Sac City and Councilman Bruce Perry presented a plan to establish a Tax Increment Financing district in Sac City to help alleviate the housing shortage.  It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to table any action until May 17,2022. Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
