                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Kyle Norris, Sac County I. T. Director, discussed an agreement between Sac County and the State of Iowa Chief Information Officer for a grant monitoring security on the computers in the Auditor’s office for elections.  There is no fee for the program until 2025. 
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to sign an agreement with N Point Protection for security monitors in the Sac County Courthouse.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.               
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve an amendment to the 22/23 D.O.T. Secondary Road budget in the amount of $144,000 for road repairs on County Road D59.  Ayes all, motion carried.  The same amount was amended in revenues from the railroad.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to accept and approve a proposal from T.P. Anderson & Company, CPA to audit the county books for the year ended June 30, 2022 for a fee not to exceed $40,000.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution 23-0502 approving the Sac County budget for the period beginning July 1, 2023.  Ayes Drake, Fischer and Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
                It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
