10:00 AM

              The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
              It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
              It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to adopt a Resolution dated May 28, 2019 stating that the Dakota Access Pipeline was mechanically completed on May 15, 2017.  By roll call vote:  Wilhelm – Aye, Wissler – Aye, Drake – Aye.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to appoint Matt Huegerich of Wall Lake to serve as Banker on the Condemnation Compensation Commission.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The Board would like to thank Norm Behrens for his years of service on the Condemnation Compensation Commission.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the Letter of Engagement with Hunzelman & Putzier which states that fees for auditing services will not exceed $32,000 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Chairman Drake opened the Public Hearing for Budget Amendment at 10:30am. 
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to come out of Public Hearing at 10:36 am.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 2019, as presented.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
