                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Brent Wilhelm, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to amend the agenda to consider a liquor license renewal application.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Steve Dahm was present during citizen input to question the Board about “smart lights” on the wind turbines in Sac County.  He will contact the County Attorney to continue discussion.
                Sherrie Wilson, Planning and Zoning officer, updated the Board on the Master Matrix procedures for the Department of Natural Resources and the responsibilities of the Board of Supervisors.
                                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to appoint Dorsey & Whitney, LLP as bond counsel for a proposed general obligation essential services communication equipment bond issue.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to establish a three-member temporary re-districting commission pursuant to Iowa Code 331.210A before May 15, 2021.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve a proposed tile repair in Joint DD 90 Sac and 290 Calhoun Counties, Branch 11 located in Section 29, Sac Township, Sac County in the amount of $500.00.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve a liquor license renewal application submitted by the Prairie Peddler.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wissler to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake to approve an agreement between Sac County and the Iowa Department of Transportation for funding of Project BROS – SWAP – CO81(79)—SE-81.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
