                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to abate the taxes, penalties and interest on Lot 3, Block 1 of Sampson’s Sub-Division to the Town of Odebolt in the amount of $5,960.00.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by certify a true and accurate accounting of the second tier canvass from the November 5, 2019 city/school election.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to deny a claim for reimbursement submitted by David Johnson in the amount of $1,371.50 for animal guards for drainage tile outlets.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the drainage claims as listed.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve Resolution #19-1119 adopting the Master Matrix Construction Evaluation Resolution pursuant to Iowa Code section 459.304(3).  Ayes: Drake, Wilhelm and Wissler, nays none, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sheriff Ken McClure presented an updated proposal from Electronic Engineering for security cameras in the courthouse and the South annex.  The total cost of the project, $30,805.02 will be paid for by fees collected from prisoner room and board pursuant to Iowa Code section 356.7.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to accept the bid of $30,805.02 submitted by Electronic Engineering.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The Sheriff updated the Board on the State wide interoperability project to upgrade state wide communication with law enforcement and other public safety agencies.  No action was taken.
                Representatives from the City of Sac City, the John Criss Trust committee and the County Engineer reviewed plans for the street scape project in downtown Sac City.  Several options were discussed to allow the best traffic flow.  No action was taken.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting, was adjourned.
