                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Supervisors Stock and Hecht present; Drake was absent.  Dean Stock chaired the meeting.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to approve the following bills totaling $51,049.29 pertaining to the Des Moines Water Works lawsuit; McCullough Law Firm - $15,379.79, David Wollenzien, attorney - $16,413.95, Mack, Hansen, Gadd, Armstrong and Brown, Attorneys - $16,225.95, Sac County Auditor,  publications and postage -  $60.65, McCullough Law Firm - $437.50, David Wollenzien, attorney - $868.05, Mack, Hansen, Gadd, Armstrong and Brown, Attorneys - $510.00, Sac County Auditor, Staff comp time - $1,154.31.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Brandy Ripley, SETD Director, updated the Board of Supervisors on current projects in that office.
                The Sac County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
