                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to acknowledge receipt of a notice of Revocation of Certification of Sac County Professional Paramedic Association Local 3669 effective June 30, 2023.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to contribute $600.00 to a study to be conducted by Iowa State University to determine the effects of soil compaction on agricultural lands caused by utility construction.   Ayes all, motion carried.  The Iowa State Association of Counties requested voluntary contributions of $600 from all 99 counties for the study
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the Recorder’s quarterly report for the quarter ending September 30, 2022.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve an application for renewal of a liquor permit submitted by Thistle Down Nursery.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on the activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
