                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes: all. Motion carried.
                Steve Dahm appeared before the board to discuss aviation lights on the wind towers.  Mr. Dahm notified the board that he has contacted the County Attorney who will review a letter written by Mr. Dahm to submit to the wind power company.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve claims as presented in the amount of $729,565.76.  Ayes: all. Motion carried.
                The board then opened sealed bids for the Sheriff’s excess vehicles.  It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to accept the high bid of $5,680.00 for the 2015 Tahoe submitted by Ringwood Motors, $7,280.00 for the 2017 Tahoe submitted by Ringwood Motors and $4,680.00 for the 2018 Tahoe submitted by Ringwood Motors.  Ayes: all. Motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on the activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to adopt Resolution #22-1018, Sac County Precinct Election Official Compensation Policy, which sets the recommended salary for Precinct Election Officials at $15/hour and mileage rate for Precinct Election Officials to follow the standard County mileage reimbursement rate.  Ayes: Drake, Wilhelm, Wissler. Nays: none.  Motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
