The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim
Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all,
motion carried.

Sherrie Wilson introduced Taylor Egesdal as the new Sac County Sanitarian and Planning and
Zoning officer upon Ms. Wilson's retirement in the near future.

Brandy Wilson, SETO Executive Director, and Tina Roth, Sac County Treasurer, met with the
Board to discuss Iowa Code Chapter 446.19B, Public Nuisance tax sale authorizing the Treasurer to
separately offer certain delinquent properties assessed as residential or commercial multifamily, that
are, or may become, a public nuisance. No action was taken.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of
current maintenance and construction projects.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve a Federal -Aid Agreement through
the Iowa Department of Transportation for Project BROS - CO81 (94) - 8J - 81, located on 160th Street
over the Boyer Creek. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board and the Engineer reviewed the 2023 Bridge Inspections and Rating submitted by
Calhoun - Burns & Associates, Inc.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
