                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to amend the agenda to consider repairs to the Senior Citizen Center sanitary sewer.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as amended.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                There was no citizen input for this meeting.
                At the request of SETD Director Brandy Ripley, it was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler that Sac County act as fiscal agent for the “Share the Road” project which was awarded a grant from the Sac County Endowment.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to abandon the old sewer line under the senior center in Sac City and hire MGM Plumbing and George Schmitt Construction to bore a new line at a cost of between $4500 and $5,000.00.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to approve the Recorder’s quarterly report for the quarter ending September 30, 2019.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                The Engineer reported on some intersection inspections and a review of a plan for 5 miles of cement stabilization on gravel roads used for transporting heavy equipment and material for the Richland Wind project.
                It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Wilhelm to authorize the Secondary Roads department to install the posts and signs for the “Share the Road” project.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
