                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Sac County Assessor Justin Barlow, updated the Board on wind tower refurbishments and discussed a proposed petition being circulated by Iowa County Assessors to secure a declaratory order to allow the assessors to increase the taxable value of the towers. 
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to support the County Assessors on their petition for a declaratory order to the Department of Revenue.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve application for grant through the Crime Victims Assistance Division for the victims’ assistance program through the Sac County Attorney’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve the drainage claims as submitted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve Resolution 18-0918 authorizing the filing of an application for the Iowa Department of Transportation’s Federal Recreation Trails program for phase I trail construction of the Auburn to Grant Park trail.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                There was no report from the County Engineer.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
