The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as presented. Ayes all, motion carried.
The County Engineer submitted a written update on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve an ARPA funding application from EMA in the amount of $3,600.00 to be used for the purchase of batteries for the drone. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve an update to the Employee Handbook of a clarification to the hours of Paid Time Off and Holiday Paid Hours as approved in the handbook adopted in January 2023. Ayes all, motion carried.
The Sac City Trails Committee, represented by Steve Spotts, Stacy Bellcock and Jamie Lawrence, updated the Board on potential trail plans from Sac City to Perkins Avenue, using the Right of Way of old Highway 20. No action was taken but the Board stated they felt this was a good project and would be in support of such.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
