                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim Wissler, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve application for a grant in the amount of $5,000 through the Center for Tech and Civic Life to be used for the purchase of additional supplies and equipment for the General election.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                Supervisor Wilhelm updated the Board on the status of Pocahontas and Humboldt Counties joining the Rolling Hills Community Services Region. 
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Wilhelm to approve a proposed beaver dam investigation and removal in the common outlet for DD 6, 15 and 25 located in Section 16, Coon Valley Twp and an additional investigation and replacement of 200’ of 24” dual wall HDPE tile in the same location for a total cost of $5,500.00.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Drake to adopt Resolution #20-0929 approving and authorizing a loan agreement and providing for the issuance of a $300,000 General Obligation Communications Equipment Note.  Ayes Drake, Wilhelm and Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
