                The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding.  The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to approve the transfers of $32,570.75 from General Basic fund to Secondary Road fund and $360,850.75 from Rural Basic fund to Secondary Road fund.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                The County Engineer updated the Board on the activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to approve the Federal Aid SWAP Funding Agreement with the Iowa D O T for Project BROS – SWAP- CO81(71)-SE-81 (RI 1790).  Ayes all, motion carried.
                At 10:30, the Chairman opened the public hearing, as advertised, to consider vacating a certain alley in the unincorporated village of Ulmer, Iowa.  The alley is located in Block 7, Martin’s Addition to Ullmer.  There were two people present to support the vacating of the alley and no one was present to oppose it.
                It was moved by Drake and seconded by Stock to close the public hearing.  Ayes all, motion carried.
                It was moved by Stock and seconded by Drake to vacate the alley in Block 7, Martin’s Addition to  Ulmer located between Roscoe Street and Maple Street and to direct the County Attorney to prepare Quit Claim Deeds to the adjacent property owners.  Ayes all, motion carried.  
                With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
