The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jim
Wissler, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Fischer and seconded by Drake to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all,
motion carried.

There was some discussion regarding the issue between Lynn Cleveland and the Sauk Rail Trail
property in Lake View. The Board concluded that it was not their problem and that Cleveland's should
seek legal advice.

At 10:15 AM, the Board joined a conference call with the Calhoun County Board of Supervisors
to discuss a situation in Joint Drainage District 7 & 59. It was moved by Wissler and seconded by Drake
that Scott Jacobs serve as chair and Leah Hinke Iman serve as secretary. Ayes all, motion carried.
Brian Blomme, Drainage Engineer, presented a proposal to relocate the outlet for Joint DD 7 &
59 to share the outlet of DD 2, Calhoun County. The joint boards and the engineer discussed the
advantages and plans for the proposed project and suggested a meeting with the landowners of DD 2
and a meeting with the landowners in Joint DD 7 & 59.

It was moved by Carl LeGore and seconded by Wissler to schedule a meeting with the
landowners in DD 2 for 1:00 on Tuesday, September 12 and a meeting with the landowners in Joint DD 7
& 59 to follow immediately. Ayes all, motion carried.

The joint meeting of the Boards adjourned.

It was moved by Drake and seconded by Fischer to approve the drainage claims as presented.
Ayes all, motion carried.

There was no report from the County Engineer.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
