The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Ranell Drake, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to abate the taxes on the South 44’ of lots 3 & 4, Block 19, Original Town of Sac City in the amount of $19,344.80. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the annual report of the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment agency. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to adopt Resolution #19-0129 designating a certain area adjacent to Highway 20 as Industrial/Commercial. Ayes Drake, Wilhelm and Wissler; nays none, motion carried.
Rick Hunsacker and Tom Feldmier with Region XII Council of Governments presented a funding request for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 for a total of $19,283.00 plus a $0.06 per mile for a capital match for vehicle replacement. No action was taken.
The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
It was moved by Wilhelm and seconded by Wissler to approve the 2019 Payment Policy for Right of Way Acquisition. Ayes all, motion carried.
Jane Barto presented a review of activities of the various museums in the County and the Sac County Historical Society and a funding request of $9,270.00 for Fiscal year 2019/20 which is the same as the previous year. No action was taken.
With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
